Halo Water Proofing is a AL-licensed Crawl Space Encapsulation company that treats every Mentone job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Our Mentone crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Mentone crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Mentone technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Mentone crews hear about most.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Mentone basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Mentone schedule.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Mentone property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Mentone emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Mentone pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →Some Mentone properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Mentone crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Mentone commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Mentone horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Mentone property later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Mentone customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Mentone customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
We back our Mentone work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
